I really enjoyed this one. The first book, in my estimation, was all right, not great but not bad. I learned a lot about Chase which in turn helped me to understand where the author was going in the story line. The plot held, the characters grew and the suspense grew. I was surprised at the ending but after really thinking about the characters and the plot it flowed just right. It is difficult for me to ascertain how the next installment will go because who knows what the author will come up with. I do know that whatever he comes up with it will be darn good. Excellent reading and I have now moved this author to my favorite list. Let's see if he can keep my faith in him. I bet he can. I highly recommend this book and author to all sci-fi readers.

Buy this book. You won't be disappointed!
There are a lot of good military sci-fi authors at Amazon, but few compare with Christian Kallias. This series has the depth to make you excited about the characters and the imaginative story line to demand that you get each and every book in the series.

Great sequel to Earth - Last Sanctuary
Even better than its predecessor, Fury to the Stars shows an evolution in the writer's style. Epic and full of suspense, a true sci-fi classic in its content, the novel culminates with a jaw dropping ending.
This book introduces a lot of new and interesting characters, though my favorite is still Ryonna and it brings to the surface new details about Chase's past and true identity.
