The seventh book in the UNIVERSE IN FLAMES saga.

With Gaia 2's threat looming over Earth, Captain Chase Athanatos embarks on a perilous mission to take down the evil Artificial Intelligence once and for all.

The biggest battle and challenge Chase has ever faced awaits him; one where his strength of character and spirit will be tested at every turn. Can Chase best Gaia 2 on her own turf? Or has the Earth Alliance bitten off more than they can chew?

Meanwhile, Oryn plans to take control of the Furies with some new technology she's been developing. When the time comes for Fury trial, she doesn't hesitate to use her own brother Miseo to test its efficiency.

The battle to regain Earth has begun. The stakes have never been higher, as are the dangers and consequences should our heroes fail their daring mission

Relentlessly entertaining. This entire series is addicting, so be careful upon entering the realm of The Ultra Fury. After you finish the first volume, you'll be helpless until you read installment after installment, ever waiting for the next.

Each book is 5+ stars

Outstanding story line taking modern characters that still believe some of the mythology we were all taught or learned , and using the aggression of an earth AI that has gone rogue and wants to destroy the planet .The mythology is found t I be real. Just incredibly well done. And filled with twists and turns. Books 1 - 7, again were absolutely magnificent! I will let you all know of my thoughts on #8 GREAT READS HATS OFF TO KALLIAS.

A must read! Awesome, awesome, awesome!! Armageddon Unleashed (Universe in Flames Book 7) by Christian Kallias is a great book. I was sad it ended, but am looking forward to the next book in the series to find out what happens next on this spectacular journey.

This book was action packed from page 1. Each chapter was full of exciting interactions, scenes, and descriptions that had you feeling a part of this epic storyline. Interesting enough, one of my favorite characters was one of the villains, Oryn. While battling wills with her father and brother, and battling against the protagonist, Chase, she was battling with her own identity. I enjoyed reading her character development and how her interactions played out and were revealed.

The plot line was imaginative and described with just enough detail that had you riding along in the ships and during the fights between characters. The characters included in this book were well developed with interesting dialogue (at times funny and lighthearted), and had you caring about what was going to happen to them. There were scenes where your mouth dropped open and a scene that even brought tears to my eyes. The author’s writing style pulls you along this intense journey with each character and has you wanting more. It’s amazing how the author uses his descriptions and dialogue to get you to care about an AI in the story. To me this really shows the wonderful writing that takes place in this book.

If you haven’t read the previous books, I suggest you do, but the author includes a section in the beginning of the book entitled “the story so far” which describes the prior books with cliffhangers and twists.
